CTRMS (Centre of Training & Research for Management Sciences) is a Registered Professional Training Institution under PR Act of State of kerala.

The present universal scenario has brought intense competition amongst all kinds of organizations. Survival and future growth and existence of these organizations increasingly will depend on their competitiveness to meet the challenges. This can be possible through building high performing professional team within the organzation and maximizing the avenues for the growth of potentiality of working groups.

CTRMS was chosen to be set up at Kerala to give impetus to Management Education by exploiting the multifarious ecological specialties spread ed in different locations blessed with sea shore, beaches, backwaters, hill stations. Natural greenery, waterfalls, pilgrimages, vallies and mountains which of course energies the professionals to boost up their potentialities which ultimately reflect in achieving the organizational goal.

The contemporary scenario of the corporate sectors and even in the public organizational sectors are fiercely competitive with uncertainties and ambiguities in the business as well as the day to day working environment. These sectors need revival and rebirth in the new mantra for organizations to participate and to win the race. It is an adventurous exploration which throws up opportunities and challenges that test human endurance. CTRMS see this as a corporate movement and want to take this further through our own planning, research and preparing better training modules by exploiting the available resources, infrastructures of the organizations and find our the inbuilt potentialities of the individual working personnel , putting them to the required mind set level with a great world competitive vision.

As a result of these exercises, we could ensure that the working force must instill new trigger creativity, activate release of collective energy in their respective organizations and initiate needful transformation. The vision of CTRMS is to move on this track to generate transformational leaders through its time bound expertize and needy Management Training Programs within a planned time frame.
